With over a decade of experience mentoring women in business, Renee specializes in simplifying workflow, strengthening leadership skills, and creating intentional systems that support sustainable business growth and real life. Her approach is practical, supportive, and clarity-driven—helping women focus on what truly matters and take aligned action with confidence.
As the founder of Business Freedom Mentoring, Renee provides education, mentoring, and community for women who feel stretched thin, uncertain about their next steps, or ready for a calmer, more intentional way to grow. Her work centers on time management, decision-making, mindset, and leadership—guiding women to move forward with purpose rather than pressure.
In addition to her mentoring work, Renee serves as an Ambassador and Group Lead within the Alignable Volusia County Alliance and the Alignable Flagler County Alliance. In this role, she supports local business owners through meaningful connection, collaboration, and relationship-based growth—creating spaces where entrepreneurs can build visibility, trust, and lasting partnerships.
