     My professional journey is rooted in a deep belief in growth, leadership, and the power of people. I am a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, where I earned both my bachelor’s
and master’s degrees and developed a strong foundation in purpose-driven excellence.

     Today, I serve on the corporate team as the Florida Staff Development Manager for Youth Opportunity Investments, where I have the privilege of developing talent and strengthening leaders across the organization. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree at Liberty
University, continuing my commitment to lifelong learning and strategic impact.

    Beyond my professional work, I enjoy serving on the IJWTS Women’s Group Board as the Social Media
Strategist, using my voice and skills to elevate community and connection. I am also a proud mother to two young men, Jaiden and Jonah, whose lives continually inspire my passion for service, empowerment, and intentional leadership. Guided by faith, I am committed to leading with vision, integrity, and purpose—creating spaces where people are empowered to grow, lead, and thrive.
