​     As the Scholarship Coordinator for IJWTSWG, I use my background as a behavior analyst to thoughtfully select scholarship recipients and support them as they begin their undergraduate journey. My experience helps me recognize dedication, resilience, and potential beyond what’s written on paper. I’m passionate about guiding students through those first moments of college, offering encouragement, structure, and genuine support along the way. Giving back to the community truly motivates me, and I’m committed to helping students feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
